On this episode I chatted with Cattleman's GM David Egan about the historic Steakhouse located in OKC's Stockyard City. David has been the GM of Cattleman's for 30 years and tells some fantastic stories about the famous Steakhouse. David started in the restaurant business when he was a young boy, a passion for cooking put him on the front of the local Tulsa newspaper as a teen. His love for food and hospitality grew when he attended Oklahoma State University studying Hotel and Restaurant Management and working part time in a restaurant in Stillwater. Thats when he met now owner of Cattleman's and their friendship has taken them into the restaurant business together and on to own one of the most famous steakhouses in the state.
