Welcome back to Pursuing Pixels. We've got the usual trio back together this week and, of course, all sorts of gaming goodies to dig into, so let's get right into it...
Kevin kicks things off with the only 'new release' that any of us has been playing, and gushes all over Frogun in spite of getting his butt kicked in true retro-inspired fashion. Randall continues to hang around in 3D platformer land after that, and shares some final thoughts on Super Mario 3D Land after wrapping up the remainder of the Bowser's Fury campaign!
From there, Kevin takes us into 2D platforming territory and digs into the Plague of Shadows campaign — and the Shovel Knight series in general — after it won a recent poll amongst our monthly supporters!
Finally, John wraps things up by polishing off the home stretch of his Xenoblade Chronicles 2 save file, in preparation for the recently released third game in the series — and also delves into some various thoughts on JRPGs as an artform in general.
