"Epic vs Apple" Phase 2 continues in earnest with both parties now having notified the Ninth Circuit of their intent to appeal the trial court's decision.
But while Epic continues to work on its brief, Apple has something more immediate to worry about: a 90 timer on the trial court's injunction of its "anti-steering" provision - a timer Apple would just as soon see paused, and its got plenty of arguments as to why.
Stay means "it doesn't stay" ...in Virtual Legality.
