Amazon's enormously popular game streaming platform, Twitch, is once again in the news (for all the wrong reasons), as it deals with the fallout of a data breach and "malicious" hack that left the streaming giant's source code in public hands and its streamers answering questions about their own earnings.
But with such sensitive information out in the open there is much to discuss, both with respect to the nature of Twitch as a service and the laws surrounding a breach of this magnitude.
I suspect Twitch is rather sick of being a subject...in Virtual Legality.
