Twitch and the DMCA. What a pair.
After 2020's deluge of music industry complaints, the game streaming platform has been scrambling both to assuage the content creators that make up its business, and to get itself out of the line of fire. With this week's announcement of an agreement with the The National Music Publishers’ Association (NMPA), it's clear that one goal has won out over the other.
