Take Two Interactive has sued the developers of "re3" and "reVC", reverse engineered source code projects designed to make Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City playable on unsupported platforms with additional features.
Many other developers have elected not to sue over similar projects, but does that make them...legal?
