It's November - which means it's time for YouTube to make some changes to its Terms of Service! Fortunately, the revisions put forth by the company this November are not as impactful as those of the Coppacalypse of 2019, but that doesn't mean that they won't visit some serious changes on the service; especially for smaller and (eventually) non-US content creators.
