(2:42) From April of 1977 The Amazing Spider-man #167 “Stalked by the Spider-slayer!” by Wein, Andru, and Esposito.

We open with what appears to be Spider-man being attacked and defeated! But it turns out to be JJJ testing and sighting-in his newest spider slaying robot with the help of its creator, Marla Madison. Whew, that was close.

Spider-Man is in trouble! The Will-o’-the-Wisp has hypnotized Spider-man in Rockefeller Square while he holds the envelope containing evidence of his secret identity from JJJ’s office.  What are those pictures. How will he escape?!
