ABI Interviews Ethan Mikesell of Hex & Hop

Hex and Hop is an unique mix of a brewery and a meadery. Sourcing ingredients from Upstate New York, Ethan creates a variety of sessionable (or crushable) drinks, many using local honey. They are perfect to go along with a meal and a musical performance at the brewery. In this interview, Ethan explains what brought him to Bloomingdale and what keeps him there.
