When your team is growing, the challenge is how do we keep training leaders so that they can keep reproducing this kind of culture? It's hard to be a leader if you don't have self-leadership, if you don't have those tools to lead yourself, to catch yourself, listen to your narratives, question your narrative, to be flexible enough to explore how you might be able to get a lot of things done.
