The Soft Life with Saddie Baddies
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
Welcome back baddies! In today’s episode with our very special guest, adult and adolescent psychiatrist, Dr. Chanelle Ramsubick, MD. Dr. Ramsubick is a second-generation Trinidadian-Canadian who has spent the majority of her career working in Black and brown communities providing mental health care to those who have historically been underserved. During our candid convo, we touch on the family dynamics growing up in an immigrant household, imposter syndrome, generational healing and of course, what softness means personally as a Black woman.
