Ep 38 // Itch-Preventing Activities and 5 Unexpected Resources You Can Use to Plan Them
Hey Friends,
Especially as the weather turns, I need to have indoor activities at the ready for my kids.
While my kids do have quite a bit of time to wonder/read/and free play, sometimes that is beyond their capabilities and need to be engaged in a guided activity. PLUS distracted kids itch a whole lot less and eat a lot less dry, snacky foods, both which help their physical healing on top of making them brighter/more rounded children :)
In this episode, I'll give you ideas for these activities and will give you an action plan as to how to have these at the ready along with unexpected resources to use so when the mood strikes you're ready to give them an autonomous activity or help guide them through an enriching activity with you, which will make you feel on top of the world if you actually do because being the best parent you can be really does enliven your spirit and lift your soul. Let's get into it....
Take Care,
Andra
