Its aim is to build a supportive scaffold around pastoral leadership in the church and the marketplace. There are biblical principles that have been put in place for leadership; so we don't become casualties of war and or collateral damage. We are at war, and we should govern ourselves accordingly for the preservation of the people we serve.
