-As you heal and recover, your tolerance zone expands to the point where you'll be able to do normal things most people can do
-You want to be in the healing zone most of the time
IMPORTANT:
-In extreme cases (long term symptoms) your body gets confused and stabilizes in a state of chronic pain and symptoms
-When your body stabilizes in the wrong state (long term symptoms) you could be resting all day and you'll still be getting worse
-The healing magic happens when you're in the healing zone where you're feeling little to no symptoms
