Remember that when you do things outside your comfort zone and you do take those steps towards recovery, you will feel symptoms. There's not a single person I know, including myself, who didn't have symptoms during their recovery.
But like I've mentioned in several of my other videos, your success and your recovery are determined by how well you respond to symptoms. So just know that symptoms are not the worst thing ever and don’t mean your recovery is failing or not working. In fact, you should expect symptoms on your recovery journey and understand that they are indicators and triggers for you to practice brain retraining.
