You need to hit the reset button every single morning and start with a clean slate.
It's very easy to wake up and automatically think "it's going to be another crappy day". That's very common and it makes sense. I was in the same boat because you're doing the same thing for so long.
You're trying to get better. You doing whatever you can, nothing seems to be working. You're seeing the doctors, you're trying these different diets. You're trying to meditate. You're you're taking cool showers, maybe you're even on some medication, but no matter what you do, it seems like you're either stuck or getting worse or progress is just really, really, really slow. And you figure at this rate, this it's going to take me years to get better.
The truth is it might take you years, but realistically, it's probably not going to take you as long as you think and it doesn't mean that you have to completely put your life on hold during that entire time!
