You make some progress, you know, you feel really good. You feel like you're winning. You're super happy because you're excited and you're obviously euphoric and you think things are going really well.
You go even further, you're even happier. It's a new, all-time high you're winning. You feel great again, you can go higher. You're even happier, but eventually, you overdo things and completely crash. You're back stuck in bed shortly after thinking you just conquered this thing for good.
All your progress tanks.
The worst part? This isn't the first time you've overdid things and ended up crashing, yet you can't help getting excited when things seem to be going so well.
