When you do write down all these letters It's just a matter of time when you do get better and you look back. Then you're going to remember the situations that you were in, the mindsets that you were in, what you were feeling, what you were thinking, and you're going to be like, damn, I made it.
And it's going to make your recovery story that much sweeter.
