The Real Ghostbusters was an animaged spin-off/sequel of the 1984 comedy film Ghostbusters. The series ran from 1986 to 1991. The series continued the adventures of paranormal investigators Dr. Peter Venkman, Dr. Egon Spengler, Dr. Ray Stantz, Winston Zeddemore, their secretary Janine Melnitz and their mascot ghost Slimer as they battled ghosts, gouls, goblins, monsters, and more!
