Why is it so easy to hide behind a mask? Many of us hide behind the mask of fear, jealousy, envy, hurt, abuse, shame, success and so many other mask for various reasons. Some of those reasons are to please man, putting on facades to make ourselves appear different than who we really are to others, and sometimes to hide the fact that we are truly hurting and need help.

Valerie is all about being authentic and about us being true to ourselves. Valerie is no stranger to the show and she is back to talk about this subject of "Breaking the Silence" Removing the Mask and Healing.

Valerie has also written a book about this subject and we are going to have a very candid conversation about this subject. Valerie is not only an author, but she is also a Holistic Wellness coach; Yoni Steam practitioner; Reiki Master practitioner; Etheric Touch practitioner; and a Licensed Massage therapist.

After living through her own trials and setbacks, she knew her experiences were not only for her. That's why Valerie moves full steam ahead to fulfill her passion to educate, empower, inspire, and equip women to regain control of their lives and wellness so they can enjoy emotional, mental, and spiritual abundance.
