Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor is an upbeat, energetic, and inspiring podcast filled with joy and laughter, wisdom, philosophies, and positive psychology.
During this short episode you will hear Sarah talk about her own personal development that has been an ongoing process over the last 17 years, which all started when she left her ex-husband at the end of a 20-year relationship when she was 39 years old.
Sarah talks about the time and money she has invested in herself to move herself forward, personally, and professionally over the following years, and how, when you do spend this time on yourself whether it is working on a 121 basis with a coach or mentor, or online via group based programmes the knowledge and experience you gain increases in value as you become more at peace with life and happier as a result.
She admits though that despite all this training and a strength of mind that even she has found herself pulled off track this year and had started to run some negative programmes in her own mind. Until very recently when she bought a book which she read voraciously and has given herself a good kick up the backside to refocus, jump back into the quantum realm and start creating her own experiences again through meditation, journalling, visioning and really sensing what the life she desires feels like.
