We have the one, the only, Shane Vitko for Episode 84. Shane has an incredible story of loss at a young age, growing up with a tough exterior and slowly developing that into his reality. He gets into joining the army and what it looked like when he came home and turning to drugs to deal with all the lack of direction and noise in his head. Shane has faced the toughest of the tough circumstances and opens up and talks about them all.
Now clean and sober, he's able to talk about what helps keep him in recovery and how amazing his life is now that he's found sobriety.
