In this episode Bryan talks to mental health advocate Sam Eaton about his journey with depression and suicidal thoughts.
In 2011 Sam nearly took his own life, but made the decision to stay. He is now a speaker and founder of Recklessly Alive. He also is the author of the book, "Recklessly Alive: What My Suicide Attempt Taught Me About God and Living Life to the Fullest".
Sam shares what helps him maneuver his mental health, how we can best support someone who's struggling, and the incredible experiences he's had in his life since 2011.
