幼年時大人可能無意間會灌輸我們一種思維方式：「毫無所求對我們好的人，才是真正的對我們好。」然而，這是錯誤的觀念，也是一種有毒的思想！試想：若抱持這般的處世心態，是否是要求他人無條件的善待自己？是否自己總期待著「可以無條件的享受他人的付出」？是否信賴他人的能力低落，又過度在乎自我？是否處世待人的心態不大健康？
