During our last couple of episodes we focused on habits, the good and the bad, and steps we could take to create more good habits and eliminate the bad ones. As we were learning about these habits we continually kept reverting back to the bad ones. It was at this point a thought came to mind that made me want to better understand the why behind our bad habits. Why do we create them? And how do we get ahead to ensure that we don’t permit them to surface, sabotaging our own efforts?
During this series we will learn about our behaviors and why do we develop behaviors that hinder our growth and the growth of others.
