The Heroes wake up in the morning and take their time getting ready. They clean up their rooms and head to get some breakfast. Sitting down at a table by themselves, the inn felt quiet. Though there were a number of people around, it seemed as though nobody was up for conversation. The innkeep brought them some food, and was in a cheery mood.
The Heroes sat and enjoyed their food, aware of the strange energy gathering around them. Eventually, a single man entered the inn and sat down at their table. The Jester looked at him, and only showed him a sharp, toothy grin. Slowly, a few more individuals sat down at the table until it became crowded. The Swordsman hero casually finished eating his breakfast, wiped his face, and then quickly pinned one of the men's hands to the table by jamming his knife through it.
