Ryan is a 20 year Air Force vet who is about to transition to the commercial/enterprise space. He shares his insights about the current state of cybersecurity as well as a look at his podcast. The adversary does not sleep so acquiring more talent and diversifying the talent in paramount. He goes in depth on how we can bring in more professionals to fill those open positions, and diverse talent also. We must go to find the talent where they are. Even going to high schools to recruit to the STEM pipeline.
