How many times have you set health goals and life got in the way?
I know it's not easy to stay on track especially when you are the last person you take care of in a day. Work, kids, spouse, they all come first but you need to look at this differently. You need to put YOU first otherwise you won't be who you want to be to them. Take a moment and think about your current health. Ask yourself these questions:
Am I regularly eating whole foods and healthy meals?
Is going to the gym a priority or a "when I have time for it?"
Am I waking up feeling rested and ready to take on the day?
