On this episode we are joined by Joe Pennesi of Davenport Energy. Joe is the Director of Operations. Joe is originally from PA. He's been in South Boston since 1986, when he started in the propane and fuel business. He's done a lot in his life, like teaching community college and overseeing 105 people on his team. His leadership style is being a straight shooter and being honest and ethical. His advice is to "open your ears and listen before you lead."
