My guest today is Noah St John. Noah is known as "The Father of Afformations" and "Mental Health Coach to the Stars"! He's developed and refined his process over the last nearly three decades, helping Hollywood Celebrities, Professional Athletes, Millionaire CEOs, and people just like you and me.
His goal is to help us all reclaim hours in our days, days in our months, and weeks in our years. Quite literally giving us an extension on our lives. And on top of all that he was a genuinely nice and fun person to chat with.

New Year and New Month, so time to start the January rankings. I'll say now that there has been a major shake up:
1. Australia! and this is wild, because as long as I've been a show the United States has always been top downloaded, but not right now. Australia is led to the top by New South Wales.
2. The United States. Weird as it is to see it here, it is currently led by top states Florida and Washington.
3. The United Kingdom.
4. Mexico. What is happening?
5. Germany. Finally working their way back to the top 5 and led by Niedersachsen.
