Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": Susan is the definition of a Giver and has so much experience and knowledge to help leaders and business owners. It was also great to hear about her journey and how sometimes being out of alignment can push you into alignment (e.g. just like a car). Sometimes the best strategy you can have is being in alignment. She provided great advice for startups and more established businesses including helping people to work "ON" the business rather than "IN" the business.
