Tommy Moffitt, the 22 year LSU Tiger head strength & conditioning coach needs no introduction in the realm of strength professionals. This method constructed over 34 years allowed skill position players to perform 18" step-ups with 350lbs as well as having over 20 players deadlifting 600lbs in 2019.
