No one, right? We all want to feel good. We want to be happy, and we want to feel positively.

But like any normal human being, our emotions go up and down all day. It’s important to recognize when we feel good and to allow ourselves to feel safe in that happiness. On the other hand, it’s also important to recognise when we don’t feel good and allow ourselves to feel that because if you bottle up all the negative feelings you have to be happy, like a volcano, it will explode at some point.
