She has experience in sports nutrition, women’s health and fitness including pre/post natal nutrition and training, child nutrition, health conditions/disease management and prevention, food allergies/intolerances, eating disorders, positive body image, weight management, and more. She's currently working as a dietitian and trainer at Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago.
