Today on Conflict Managed, Lisa Tilley encourages us to look for ways to bring teams together. Lisa recalls a simple and effective activity she employed to bring her team together to meet (and exceed) goals and celebrate milestones along the way. Lisa talks to us about the demoralizing and costly consequences of poor management and encourages us to invest in coaching and leadership training for the health and wellbeing of the people we work with as well as for the longevity of the organization.
