On this episode of The Ty Brady Way, Ty speaks about being a Transformational Sales Person Vs. being a Transactional Sales Person. Ty breaks down the differences the between these sales personalities and explains why being and creating transformational sale people will help your business grow far more than being and creating transactional sales people.
Ty uses his coaching to express the differences between these sales personalities and takes us through real life situations where both personalities are applied. Ty talks about how on a very basic level in sports, being a transactional coach means that your players will be benched if they don’t perform well and is based on putting each player in the best position for the team to win, even if that means certain players have to suffer by being benched. Ty also speaks about how, on a very basic level in sports, being a transformational coach means that your players will be able to assess where they went wrong and understand why certain tactics didn’t work for them and their team and then they can walk away from each game having learned something new and obtain the confidence to accept their mistakes, learn from real life experiences and come back for the next game with an improved mindset and improved skillset.
Ty encourages you to inspire your team to be transformational sales people so that they thrive, you thrive and your business thrives through creating meaningful relationships.
