Through The Glass Recovery Podcast
Education:Self-Improvement
If you've quit drinking, and you're wondering... "What now?" you're going to love this episode. We are joined by Dan, Melissa, and Kelsey to talk about gaining forward momentum in recovery. From learning how to ask for help, to understanding that your needs and tools evolve with your recovery, doing the work is the foundation of sobriety. We discuss dealing with boredom in sobriety, and we talk about how exciting it can be to face the hard things, knowing something great will be on the other side.
