SUMMARY
Job might be one of the most fascinating and confusing books of the Bible. Many of us have heard the basics of this story, right? God allowed Satan to take everything from Job: his possessions, family, and health. Satan thought Job was so loyal to God only because God was so good to Job. However, God knew Job. He knew Job’s heart and he knew Job’s character. Job was much more than even his possessions, family, and health.
Can the same be said of us? What if we lost everything? Aside from the difficulty that would bring into our lives, it would also make us question our worth. If you lived in Ukraine today and lost all your possessions and money, could you still be…you? Could you still find joy and peace?
