Hey hey! We made it through Motivation January! Seriously though- it is the best and worst month of the year for motivation. We start strong, new, fresh, and full of hopes for the new year when the year starts we forget that "life" has its own plans and trials. We quickly find how our bad habits do not all in line with all the changes we "scheduled" in our lives. Take a deep breath! It is okay. We all struggle with this. You see quotes and memes and hear motivational speakers all talk about how if you know your why your bad habits will melt away. LIES!!!! Do not fall for that! I am here to remove some guilt and shame- your why can be the strongest why in the world. It could mean the MOST to you and your bad habits will still creep in. Your why is not at fault. The stories running on subconscious are. Let's get those out! Stop being dragged down feeling you are not enough! It is not YOU! It is your brain keeping you safe. But we don't have to stop there! Listen in!
Make 2023 your year! Heck, today is the day things change! Do not let another moment go by, feeling like you are stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious.
