Welcome to a brand new month, we're grateful you are here and listening. We start off with what was a head-snaping day on Wall Street. The reason?  The Central Bank raised the prime lending rate by a quarter point...which was much lower than the jumbo rate increases seen last year. The result is that Wall Street made a dramatic U-Turn.  We'll talk about that and more.
