We often get asked to see a forest owner's trees & see if they're "worth anything." In that case, the owner is looking to harvest trees for timber. More often than not, the trees are low quality and "not worth much" in their present state without long-term investment. Other times they are. In the end, "it depends" and the final price is between the Seller (Forest Owner), Buyer (Logger), and your Manager (Forester).
