What does it really mean to 'Do the right thing' or 'Lead by example' and 'Being a Role Model'?
What is doing the right thing?
Is it just doing what is expected of you or projecting the right image?
Or is it something deeper?
Is it ok to not do the right thing when things get tough or it might cost you personally?
Do you need to draw from an inner set of principles that you will hold yourself to, no matter what?
Of course it's easy to do the right things when everything is going well.
What happens when things are not going so well?
What do you do then?
