Based on the genre-defining game of the same name, Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie is here to bring us back to the '90s. The criminal organization Shadowloo, led by the domineering M. Bison, is abducting and brainwashing powerful fighters from across the globe. Bison intends to take over the world using these fighters as his assassins. Shadowloo sets its sights on the wandering martial artist Ryu. Unable to locate the fighter directly, M. Bison decides to target Ryu's friend Ken Masters instead. Meanwhile, Interpol agent Chun-Li and Air Force Major Guile team-up to bring Shadowloo down. Ryu and his allies face an ultimatum: submit to Bison's will or take the fight to the dictator himself.
