Description: You’ve heard of tunnels between the US and Mexico, but did you know there were tunnels between the US and Canada?! In this episode, Winston Soriano, a self-proclaimed gun nut and criminal intelligence analyst with over 20 years of experience, discusses his involvement in shutting down the illegal operation utilizing these tunnels, using Blackberry networks to investigate crimes, and representing Canada at a European law enforcement conference. Winston gives us a lesson on 3D-printed firearms, and what it means for criminal activities and investigations moving forward. Winston is currently a criminal intelligence analyst with The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia, a position he’s held for over 20 years. Winston is also a Firearms Verifier for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
