Shoutout to Oakland and Tracy California's own joMi for coming on my show for an interview! joMi talked about his upcoming Too Close EP dropping this Friday 2/10/23, building his own LLC Dirty Laundry Records, and the story behind My Brother's Keeper Interlude on the new EP. He discussed attending Sacramento State University, working as a contractor for 7 years, and money not bringing true happiness. He also got into Latinos in Hip-Hop still having a lot of work to do for becoming a dominant voice in the genre, his upcoming project with 80 Empire, and connecting with his manager Jae Havana.
