Kids & Family:Parenting
Hey, Friend!
After 20+ years of motherhood, there are a few questions that people would ask my children that just never quite sat right with me. Unfortunately, I think you’ve run into these more times than you’d like as well.
Let’s take a deep dive into the questions and why we should refrain from using them in conversations with our and other people’s children.
And on the flip side, I have a few ways you can resolve the conversation when others ask your children these questions, including some subtle and not so subtle responses.
Let’s be the homeschool families who recognize this and it turn, change the tide of these questions that seem to be innocent, but actually carry underlying tones that we shouldn’t want spoken into our children.
