You who eat vegan need to be careful that you get vitamin D, B12 and calcium. Vitamin D is found naturally in forest mushrooms, but otherwise mainly from fish and other food from the animal kingdom. Vitamin B12 is completely absent in food from the plant kingdom. To get enough, you need to take supplements with vitamin D and B12.
