It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! A few months ago, I had the pleasure of attending a Master class on Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC.
Today I am sharing the recording of that Master class run by Regine Rousseau of Shall We Wine. This isn’t your ordinary boring Pinot Grigio of the past, these wines have a lot to offer and the consorzio regulates the wine from vineyard to bottle.
