Republican Rep. thinks WI farmers making 8x more money is a ’perverse idea’

It's generally thought in the Midwest that if you're left leaning then you can't be a friend of farmers.. well, here's a situation where a Republican Congressman thinks it's a terrible idea that farmers could make almost 8x more money converting SOME farmland into solar and wind farms.. #TomTiffany
