In this week’s session, I sit down with Christy, as she opens up about her struggles with being active, connecting with people, and finding a suitable partner. The Covid pandemic severely restricted her social life so much that she considers herself a roadblock or obstacle to achieving her goals.
“Once you start to walk through all your fear (because the fear is going to come); it’s just a part of the human condition. But once you walk through all that, that’s when you get fully into that 2nd phase where you start feeling better about yourself.” Lauren – (15:23)

When it comes to leading a fun filled life, half the battle is making up your mind and coming to terms with the fact that something needs to change. With a little determination and hard work, one would find that help comes from the most unexpected of places; something that Christy says herself, “God does meet you when you make decisions and when you push yourself forward.”
